Organic farming is a method of food production that eliminates all artificial and harmful pesticides, chemicals, fertilizers, insecticides and antibiotics from all aspects of growing, processing and packaging of products and produce. Organic farms incorporate modern farming practices with traditional techniques such as crop rotation, biodiversity, to ensure quality and chemical free food whilst excluding potentially dangerous modern practices such as genetic engineering (known as G.E, or G.M. -Genetically Modified) Animals are allowed to free range in natural pastures on high quality feed and are treated with care and respect.
